Future Automotive Body Painting and Non-Structural Repair Technicians

The Collision Repair Technology Program prepares students for entry-level jobs in the automotive collision repair technology industry. The program provides students with hands-on training to repair and paint automobiles. Students in this program have the opportunity to earn their ASE Painting and Refinishing certification.

Program Outcomes

By the completion of this program, students will be expected to demonstrate an introductory level of competency in the following skills:

  • Estimating – Analyze and create estimates for vehicles
  • Auto Body Repairing – Sand, weld, and repair damaged vehicles
  • Auto Body Painting – Mix, match, and apply paint using various
    methods
